She is a University of Chicago trained sociologist with over 20 years’ experience, Alicia Menanteau, PhD, is founder and president of Insights360, a qualitative research firm which designs and executes in-person and virtual (online) research for international and domestic clients. In addition to past teaching roles for the University of Minnesota and University of South Carolina Upstate, Menanteau is more typically leading multilingual workshops and interactive presentations that bring research to life for clients, research colleagues and students.
