James Wagner completed a bachelor’s degree in political science from Macalester College in 1987, and completed a master’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan in 1992. He has over 15 years experience working on surveys. He received his PhD from the Program in Survey Methodology in 2008. He currently is Research Professor in Michigan Program in Survey and Data Science at the Survey Research Center.
