Victoria Vignare is an operations manager in Westat’s large-scale survey group. She specializes in developing and leading deployment of performance dashboards, GPS and mobile technologies. She has managed a number of large household studies including the Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health, the National Health and Aging Trends Study and the National Epidemiologic Survey on Alcohol and Related Conditions. Ms Vignare has an MBA in Business Management and Organization and a BS in Microbiology.
